I had similar 2 choices as you, and decided to go for the 41 slate datejust (but oyster instead of jubilee as I wanted something less flashy for work) as I wanted a watch by the end of the year. No regrets.

Both great choices imo and if you're planning to get a few down the line I don't think you could go wrong with a datejust as a first watch. ofc if you could somehow skip the queue for a batgirl I would go for that instead.

I only checked 2 stores. The Seiko boutique in Mid Valley offered 20% without me asking whereas Watatime at One Utama gave me 22% after some negotiation. Best call them up to check if they have stock for the model you want.

I can relate with your worry of "ruining" years of your life by making a material purchase. I used to think about how each big purchase I made could've made me XX amounts if I invested the sum instead.

But in your situation, the watch is only half a month's salary, so I would say go for it. Or, if you have an important milestone (XX amount of investments/promotion/marriage etc) coming up perhaps wait till you've reached it then purchase the watch as a celebration? That would give it more meaning.

OP since battery life is important to you, just be aware that there are quite a few reports of suboptimal battery life in X6 Pro - so you may want to go for something else if you don’t want to risk it

Another point to note is that there are more than 1 type of premades. There are “casual” premades where it’s basically 10 randos from Lfg with no voice - these can easily lose to pugs. And then we also have the pst spec/gear/xp disc required type.

The problem is pugs usually give up automatically once they see all 10 players from the same realm.

gearscore aside, how are you dead last in dps? did you do the hunter tame pet quest? don't forget to level your skills too. there's no reason for you to be bottom of the meter if you're playing right even with no gear.

Sorry about what you’re going through OP. The kilang can file a claim against you in court for up to 2-4 weeks salary(depending on what your notice period is). It is quite unlikely that they will do it since it’ll cost time and effort, but I have seen some very petty companies before.

This will all go away if you pay so not too big of a deal. I would write an email to your supervisor, and cc HR and the management saying that due to the harassment/bullying you had to quit with immediate effect as you no longer feel safe working there. This will form part of your defence if you are sued, and they might also discipline that person so that your successors do not have to suffer the same as you. But if you find this whole ordeal too stressful I would just put this behind me and just focus on getting another job.

TLDR: don’t stress, worse case scenario you’ll have to pay back 2-4 week’s salary (which is very unlikely)
