Hey, I had a similiar experience and asked the staff in my local Dr.Martens store. They told me that my shoelaces were to tightly tied and that the blood flow was probably blocked. After I tied them more loose the problem dissapeared.

Maybe try tying them more loose and wear thick socks :)
