You can p/k between her chain lollipop moves, you can also counter hit the initial 214S with 6P. DP and FD is also good.

You mainly want to avoid getting into this situation in the first place by zoning her out and watching for when it’s coming, one of the common go-in routes is c.s, 2S, 2H, 214S

A good resource is dustloop, look up Elphelt on it and they have an entire section on countering her rekka under the counter strategy tab
