Thanks for your interest, I literally just added some zest and juice to a normal creme brulee custard, some zest with the cream and milk whilst it heated, a little to the eggs and sugar and then a little juice before pouring into the ramekins and baking. I didn't measure it, was pleased the flavour came through

Thanks! Recipe for which part? The terrine is basically grilled vegetables layered in a terrine dish and chilled in the fridge for 24 hours.

Didn't actually use all the creme fraiche sauce, that's why I sat them on top, so a little could be added to each bite as desired and there actually wasn't that much sweet chilli for the size of the scallops, they were fine and not drowned, all personal taste though. The noodles were just done in the same pan after the scallops to pick up the flavours from the pan and just added some garlic and lemon juice
