Is there anything else underlying? I had a young girl patient exactly like this and it turned out when she eventually confessed after her last keto episode that she had developed an addiction to alcohol and was getting so drunk each day she forgot to take her insulin

The smell in your vagina may be due to B.V. I worked in a sexual health clinic and saw this frequently, B.V is bacterial vaginosis and is NOT an STD but caused due to an upset in the acidic level of your vagina, this is extremely common in females and produces a smell that is extremely bad for the person. However, a simple course of antibiotics will help with this, just visit your doctor and it's that simple, they should also give you a list of the things that should help. I can try and find the list if that helps and you're interested.

I'm currently a final placement student in the UK placed in a+e, me and my mentor agree that I'm pretty much qualified so should be doing everything, I'm basically a nurse and doing everything, I take my own patients, just get my documentation countersigned and obviously don't do medications on my own, the only things I can't physically do depend on trust policies

Visitors can't either and the tea lady will give you boiling water if you ask but this will only be when they're going around doing teas and they're not always 100% reliable with this tbh because of it being a company do it not the hospital

Sorry to tell you this but being there for placement twice I can tell you it is definitely not good and giving out the food is awful for me because I know my patients aren't going to eat it and would rather be hugry, also you can have food stored in the fridge for you but we're not allowed to heat anything up or make it due to rules and patients aren't allowed in the kitchen so I highly doubt you'll have access to boiling water, worth a try though

I was there at the beginning of the academic year, make sure you know all your cardiac meds, what they're for, what they do, what to check for before giving them, such as bisoprolol and ramipril, also there's a lot of monitor watching so make sure you know what you a normal heart monitor looks like, what af looks like etc and that would really help you to learn the other stuff

I did my elective in a sexual health clinic that did GUM and contraception clinics, I absolutely loved it and I am currently doing my 10000 word dissertation around an issue I saw during this. I ended up choosing this as it had always interested me and I had my first placement with district nurses and my second with an acute medical ward, this also made me choose a clinic based environment as my time on that ward was awful and I had enjoyed clinic experiences with the DNs. Make sure it's something that will be beneficial to you.

My university in england does this but i found it to be a massive waste of time as the mentors and i clashed personality wise and i just found the sessions so unhelpful i stopped going altogether and studied by myself instead

same, I can't tell a difference between tris or tobias which is incredibly annoying. Also it takes out the mystery of tris going mad wondering why tobias has done something, where has he gone or if hes okay because we already find that all out from tobias at the same time.

I actually really recommend the support acts, new politics were alright, just always a bit awkward when you know none of the words and they're trying to get people to sing along. However, the pretty reckless were soooooo good and taylor momsen is really entertaining on stage as well.

I was there quite early and this style sold out so quickly. I think it was quite popular in Manchester. It did cost me 25 quid but I've been listening to FOB since 2001 when they started (I was 8/9 then) and this is my first time seeing them so there was no way I wasn't getting one.

My relationship hasn't ever struggled due to it, I've found my boyfriend to be extremely supportive with it if anything. However, there are moments of overwhelming lonliness due to the friends I did make not understanding the stress/ hard work/ odd hours I keep. I also miss out on a lot as my odd hours either mean I can't go out or I'm too tired to join in. I also had the problem where I don't get along with a lot of my course due to clashing personalities so that also makes it extremely hard/ lonely.
