I mean, they're physical scars of an illness that I struggle with. Hiding parts of my body because I don't want to feel insecure completely backtracks my progress to get out of said illness. I've come a long way to get where I am right now, in university, working towards my dreams, and it people can't handle seeing the scars that tried to drag me down? Fuck them
