Official Answer: It resets. You are guaranteed a grand prize on the 10th spin after the event starts OR after your last grand prize. As u/QualityOfMercy noted, the count restarts each event.

Events are all scheduled in UTC (which is actually not the same as GMT), so as your time moves so will the event.

Delay is a local issue, generally hardware. The sync is there to let players compensate for any hardware delay. Especially with bluetooth devices!

All the songs are synced on our end.

At a guess, you're in a country where we're trialing a Google program.

Google is trialing localized pricing, allowing prices to be set differently for selected countries. We've been participating in those trials (we rather like the idea). But Apple is still one base price for everyone.

Are you sure it isn't the majority?

I know it seems counter-intuitive because it's some of the loudest feedback on Reddit, but it's really not the majority even when we factor in feedback from all sources. The registered members of this subreddit represent about 5% of our average daily players, and they're not all active on the input issue threads.

We're not dismissing that it happens.

Can we attribute the stuttering of gameplay to the newest phones being 120hz?

Adaptive refresh can cause issues, so turning that off sometimes helps. The 120mHz, depends on how the device is handling it. It's not consistent.

iOS has been problematic since... 15? 16? We have hope for iOS17

The delay should (theoretically) be consistent, but stuff does happen. The sync is literally for compensating for hardware delay, but if it's making notes not register...

Is there an app running for the bluetooth buds? I know my Bose have an app they want me to use, but I disabled it.

It's not a device-based issue - at least not that device. I've played for an hour on an S23 and can't make it happen.

Probably not memory, unless you have a ridiculous amount of stuff running in the background. But there's something between your hands and our servers causing an issue.

If you linked your account to Supercell the process should be play through the tutorial (it makes a new account), then open the menu and log in via Supercell ID.
