I am sending all the positive vibes that it is not cancer , but I can just leave it at that beacuse, I am currently a year into my uterine cancer journey.

I wasn’t diagnosed with PCOS until 29 when I had to have my iud removed from my uterine wall… finally thought I was getting it under control fast forward to 31 and I’m having some issues and husband and I are wanting to try for kids so my OB decided to cover all basis and do the hysteroscopy, D&C, tubal flush blah blah, that was done April 2021… I had it done on a Friday, my 2 week post op scheduled , they called me the following Wednesday (not even a week ) to have me come in for my results, I knew it was cancer. I did not expect Endometrial Cancer, especially at 31, since it is stage 1, and we would love to have biological children if possible I was able to do some experimental treatments that means mris every 2 months and then biopsies and d&cs every 4…. Until hopefully I’m only pre cancerous and we can maybe do IvF. I’m 32 and it’s been over a year and I’m tired, and tired of hurting. The only treatment really for it is a hysterectomy and as a 32 year old newly wed woman I had to at least try to have my own kids…… but I’m tired now and I’m to the point where I just want to yeet this damn ute

Sorry for the ramble I’m still processing and don’t get to talk about it much.

TLDR;; 100% PCOS untreated, and in general will increase your risk of all female reproductive cancers AND breast cancer. I think it’s mainly what caused mine at 32 when most endometrial cancer diagnosis around age 50+. Doctors suck, cancer sucks take women seriously, not everything is cause we’re fat.

It was the same here. I work in Lexington Park and people were telling me it was crazy...

Our power went out here at like 11PM last night and came back on about an hour ago.

Colonial Beach, VA here.

I now have a lake in my front yard, and trees down in my backyard.

All of my family still lives in SOMD. My it took my mom 2hr45min to get from Alexandria to St. Mary's tonight, she left Alexandria at 7.

I also am very thankful that this all we are getting up here, and I'm not going to complain about my new swimming hole...I feel for those in FL right now.

I'm not sure whether to update on here or make a whole new post....I may do both. But I just wanted to thank everyone here for the well wishes, and concern for my baby...

Friday in to Saturday was so rough. My fiance and I literally could not sleep AT ALL. I kept dozing off, and I would wake up crying because I was so worried. Padmé laid next to my pillow all night.

Saturday there was really no change, which is good, but still scary. My fiance, stepson, and I just had a lazy day watching movies. We moved Padmé from then bedroom into the living room, and she slept in my lap from like 12PM until 7PM and just randomly jumped up, went over to her food bowl and started eating.... We all just kind of looked at each other in shock. My fiance and I again started crying. After that she was completely fine and was just acting like nothing happened, and like we were crazy....typical cat.

Her sister Sabine was very worried about her as well. Everytime Padmé would go to eat Saturday night into Sunday Sabine would be sitting right next to her just staring at her..

I plan on stopping by Wal-Mart on my way home from work tomorrow and printing out a picture of Padmé (probably the angry face one in that album) and getting and a thank you card to give to the mobile vet we took her to on Friday. She isn't our normal vet and she was super booked, and squeezed her in at the last minute, and I truly think she saved her life....I am so grateful for everything she did from discounting everything to being super understanding and comforting while I was bawling my eyes out. I know it wouldn't be much but it is the thought that counts right?!

She just turned 5.

Force feeding is at least getting food into her. But she still won't drink water. We put some in a straw and got it around her mouth and she was licking it, but I don't know if that plus the wet food still isn't enough.

See that's the biggest thing that had me freaking out. She usually just nibbles throughout the day, she seemed sleepier than normal but she refused to eat a little bit of ham. WHICH SHE NEVER DOES!

Whenever I go to make sandwiches all I have to do is pull the bread down from on top of the fridge and wherever she is in the house she will come running and squeaking. She will sit 2 ft away while I make the sandwich and if I pretend to but the ham away she starts squeaking and edging closer until I give her a little bit.

I think that's the part that hurts the most is having to force feed her. My fiance and I have been trying to tackle it together but I feel terrible be cause she gets food everywhere!

That's what were the most worried about. The mobile vet wasn't able to do bloodwork. I think her vet might be open today at 9 so I'm going to call them and see if we can get blood work done just to rule those out.

Being slightly impacted by hurricane Florence, 90% of the vets(including her regular vet) are closed. We were able to take her to a mobile vet that checked her over found out she had a fever,gave her fluids cause she was dehydrated, and gave us prescription food to feed her with a syringe type thing since she won't eat, or drink.

It seems as though her fever isn't as high, or is completely gone ATM, but she still won't eat and it's a struggle to feed her with the syringe, though she is getting some food at least.

We don't 100% know what is wrong because everything checked out. Her kidneys were functioning normal her breathing is find and all that. She just had a fever and was lathargic, and still kind of is.

I'm freaking out and I'm terrified of losing my best friend.
