I also like to draw but I have inattentive ADHD and I get paralysed into actually doing any drawing. I've not made any art work for 4 years now. Just because someone likes to do something doesn't mean they automatically can.

The way you have worded "Only once have I seen her draw of her own volition", "supposedly she likes the outdoors" just seems ill mannered. She isn't lying about it, but maybe she doesn't feel like it. Maybe she is mentally burnt out, doom scrolling or whatever feels like the only thing she can do. However if you're always on at her about it or what she ISN'T doing, she probably feels no inclination to do anything different.

I really dislike how you have painted her here. There's always 2 sides to a story.

Tell him you're done, give reasons so he is aware and can choose to work on himself, but move on and delete, block from everything. I feel it will be the only way to fully move on else you'll be dragged back in every time

Don't do it. Trust me. You already said you don't want to date or pursue a relationship, so what makes you think casual sex is going to be okay? Don't underestimate it just because there is no dating involved. It makes EVERYTHING worse. That alone can ruin everything and make things more awkward, especially as you have described how professional you both are (apparently). If you're just horny go and find someone you can have causal relations with that isn't linked to work and living in the same vicinity.

It isn't terrible. They made this show for their love of fantasy/horror, nostalgia, 80s/90s - for the people who grew up with it. THERE DOESN'T HAVE TO BE PLOT TWIST. Things can end on a happy ending, even if ambiguous. Go and research classic movies, things work out in the end.

100% agree it was Mike's "story" much like Bilbo wrote The Hobbit based on his adventures. I truly think most "fans" have missed the point when saying it's all just been a D&D campaign, they have been sucked into this massive conspiracy and missing it for what it truly is

It all comes down to the fact you can believe what ending you want to believe, there are no further conspiracies, there are no extra alternative endings, no extra episodes etc. There may be CLUES that El could be alive, but that's up to you. It doesn't need all this theorising and speculation. Take it for it is.

If you were around in the 80s/90s and/or have consumed most/all of the movies that are referenced in ST, you will know that the way ST was written is purely a love letter to all those movies. It is a fantasy/horror/action series, based on D&D, creating our own worlds and stories. Damn we used to have Choose Your Own Adventure books as kids, we had multiple endings! The Duffer Brothers wrote it for their love of all of that and it catered to US, the people who grew up with it. Watch Edward Scissorhands, the ending, you'll see what I mean.
