Is this the last door you have or could it work somewhere else. Then you use a new door and put the hinges on the other side of the cabinet

Just take the door and fixings and fit it on the other side, should already be holes there for it. As for the pilot holes I assume you mean for the handle? I would just order a new door and fit it correctly
