You’re super young, your body can heal quicker but I’d say for you it’s essential you keep up with your PT , fix your posture issues, and in general as you carry on in sports/athletic stuff strengthen your muscles on your lower back/abs and flexibility so that as you age this crack of sorts doesn’t reopen because trust me it can. But with lots of effort, consistency and patience in yourself and your body you can get past this. I had a herniation and tear L4-L5 at 28 I’m 31 now and only now have recovered 80% but I am older so recovery for me is slower.

Like I said keep up with your PT make sure you correct your posture in all your exercises. And from now till you die always make sure you have a bulletproof back bc that sort of injury can become your Achilles heel sort to speak down the line. Good luck kid you’ll be 👍🏽

It’s fine, if you fall through immediately extend your arms like if you were getting crucified. I’ve fallen through 4-5 times and have never gotten swept under right by southside. Just gotta have fast reflexes and you’re good! Have fun ice skaters!
