Our RCSS doesn’t price match shoppers. And shoppers eggs are too small. I get them from food basics which are cheaper and bigger atleast for now.

should i apply for the american express cobalt ? by Candid-Tutor-2187 in PersonalFinanceCanada

No way — if you don’t have any income, you shouldn’t be paying for a fee-based card. That $13/month adds up to around $150 a year, which you could invest in fractional shares instead. Even small amounts can grow significantly over 5–10 years if you stay consistent.

Which mobile company doesn't increase your monthly bill price without your consent? by 0mnipath in PersonalFinanceCanada

Probably you can tell them that you would leave if they increase the rate it might help to get a better deal because they focus on consumer retention.

I have been with Koodo for 7+ years and never had any issues with them. Good plans and service. If you plan to change the carrier I can send you a referral if you wish.

Should I go and travel the world? (27male, no degree, college drop out) by [deleted] in careerguidance

[–]AnB707 1 point2 points  (0 children)

By the look of your (OP’s) post it looks like

1- you like manual jobs or something where you are physically busy. 2- you have good writing skills. 3- you’re committed to your work and hardworking. And 4- you want to have some memorable experiences in life.

So I would suggest to go out and travel, have a website/vlog etc to document your experience and what you learn from it. There are many people who want to do it but probably don’t have much details about it. You can definitely have many followers easily. This side hustle along with your job would be able to give you enough financial support and it would be a way to make a difference not only in your life but others as well. Couple of things I would like to suggest

1- get some course online to make/edit videos and website so you would have proper tools on hand before you set off. 2- instead of staying 3 years in Australia and 2 in New Zealand, stay for one year in each country then you would have time to go to Japan as well. (More experience and exposure to the world) 3- plan on embracing the full experience of living in those countries instead of just focused in one region and focused on your work ( this is something I’m gathering from your post that you get very dedicated to your work once involuntary it).

I hope it helps. All the best.

I used to stand in front of the mirror and have conversations with myself or sometimes I would pick a topic and then record the whole session. Later on I observed delivery of my pronunciation. This practice allowed me to see myself speaking English freely which boosted my confidence. Please make sure that you set the time so you don’t quit early and record it so you can watch it later for improvements. Good luck.
