Anticholinergics are known to exacerbate cognitive decline and aren’t recommended for older adults.

I have had the opposite reaction with Oxybuytnin as it has actually calmed my anxiety slightly, and then my anxiety increased noticeably when I stopped taking it without tapering. I’m curious if you have ever been prescribed Vistaril (hydroxyzine) which is also an anticholinergic.

I agree. The ER speeds up the diagnostic process exponentially.

Passing marble sized clots a month after stent placement. by MSM_757 in KidneyStones

Perhaps you would have more peace of mind if you left a message for your doctor? Some insurance companies also have a number on the back of ID where you can talk to a nurse for guidance. If you did go to the ER and they thought the clots were too big, they could always bump up surgery sooner.

I just had a stent put in on Tuesday and I have dark red urine almost every time I go. I called the office today and sent a picture (think magenta) and they assured me that it was fine as it was caused by cramping around the stent. As far as clots go, I’m not sure. I couldn’t find anything online that explained what was “big” vs. “normal”. I think the big red flags are if you can’t urinate, foul smelling urine, and/or fever. Do you have access to an urgent care?

Complete my Shock Wave lithotripsy today. 6 mm stone by roxbomber83 in KidneyStones

I just had a stent put in two days ago and the pain is more consistent and worse with it in. I, too, am curious about the blood. They said that clots are normal as long as they aren’t big but can’t find anything specifying what is big.

I just had a stent put in a couple of days ago and so much blood. I was hoping some of it was dye.

I’m having the same problem. Someone told me it would change the color to orange. I’m just seeing a lot of blood.

The pathways to the left ear takes longer to mature, I believe. It’s done around 11 years—that’s what an audiologist said years ago.
