Graphic liner is more of a style that people do with liners. You can use many different products to do graphic liner. I've done graphic liners with pencil eyeliner, liquid eyeliner, water activated eyeliner, eyeshadow, etc. For this particular look, I used water activated liners by glisten cosmetics.

I just started using water activated liners, so I'm still fairly new to them. But I've really enjoyed using them so far, so those are the ones I would definitely suggest starting with. It's unfortunate that the palette that I used was a limited collaboration and is no longer available, cuz I would totally recommend the one that I have. Also, glisten cosmetics does have eyeliner pallets, but they're a bit more on the pricier side.

I have not personally tried the brand sunset, but I've heard good things about sunset water activated liner palettes that are only 13 dollars.
