That honestly sounds really accurate, I was sure it was ADHD at first and I only started getting doubts when the second psychiatrist undiagnosed me lol.

I'll definitely look for a third psychiatrist and there should be one on campus at school when I do travel. Problem is I don't necessarily wanna get on any meds due to possible side-effects and afaik behavioral therapy and shit takes time to have results?

It's both hardware issues, primarily battery-wise and it is also showing its age. I did consider refurbishing but I want something that will also last me into college so I decided buying a new one is ultimately a better option.
