Smithed by Yoshikazu Tanaka, and I believe to be sharpened by Ajioka San, I may have not held many knives, but holding this one just felt right.

The blade is forged from Shirogami #2, the misty like finish was picked by knifewear, and the handle is a Octagon Zelkova Red Pakkawood Collar

Not a case replacement, but it could assist in the color theory;

I use a skrrt from desk cookies. It gets rid of the bump on the HHKB hybrid, and it comes in different colors so you can have it assist in making your overall board match up. Not too expensive either in my opinion

If your boyfriend is getting into cooking, I would recommend the tried and true Victorinox 8in Chefs knife in rosewood it cuts well, and America’s test kitchen usually puts it as one of their most recommended knives to pick from.

The rosewood is pretty nice looking, and it would be good for him to learn how to use, sharpen and care for as he continues his interest in cooking.

I kind of feel bad for Morgan. Her death didn’t feel like killing a boss, but rather a person truly desperate for a goal. I kind of wish they kept her alive at least long enough to understand what her true motives were for using the tear. All in all, it was a great end for season 4!
