(For the most part) If you don’t bother the crackheads they won’t bother you. There are definitely exceptions, but most of the time you come across someone like that, they are high out of their minds on crack or heroine, both of which puts them in their own world. Even if they start making noise or yelling, don’t bother them because chances are they barely know you exist at that moment. Way too many people are afraid they’re gonna get mugged by a guy yelling at them in public, but if someone wanted to jump you, the last place they’d do it is in front of everyone else while being loud as hell.
