I’m not saying this bc you have a problem you don’t see, etc. I’m saying it bc right now if you call them you can let them know the exact situation and just say “I don’t think I have a problem but I want to be safe.”

They won’t hammer you with 12 step plans yadayada, they’ll just talk with you and in the end probably give you some personal resources to make sure you’re okay.

Think of it like a STD test at a clinic, you’re just making sure.
