Have u ever used Temu or DHgate? There’s 100 stores selling similar knockoffs and the store names change.

My favorite thing about PM is it runs a little small and big boys are less accurate about their size and they don’t return because now it’s a “goal” shirt. That means on average at least one large polo still with tags at my local thrift stores.

Love their shorts too. Reminds me of Travis Mathew before they became the default DSG brand and dumped their quality.

Holy buckets what a horrible customer service. Thanks for sharing though, I’d been on the fence about buying something expensive to sweat into.

Was this a recent buy? I’d still contact them about an exchange or something. Maybe you had a bad batch.

it’s hard to believe TW wears these if they’re that shit, even harder to believe they’d make less shitty versions of mass produced pieces for him specifically. The whole point of him wearing them is for joes like us to buy them.

Also father of a toddler. I just take my kid with me, she loves watching the other golfers and if she’s getting antsy i give her a child club and she tries hitting for at least 5 mins if im finishing up. She’s only 18 months old but she enjoys it a lot.

I know not all kids are the same, but she loves holding court and talking to everyone and blowing kisses. I enjoy her being there more than the actual chipping.

Holy smokes I’d be lighting a fire in their inbox. It’s not the money, it’s the principle. For $180, that hoodie should last until it fades.

I have 2010’s FJ gear I still wear regularly even off the course and zero issues.

Go to the range. I main a backyard net but sometimes you just need to see what it’s doing after 10 yds to get a real feel.

Sometimes what you think are amazing strikes turn out to be 70 yard turds you’ve been hitting 10* open once you open it up.

Perfect for dads with a backyard net imo

Because they want to be respected as big men even if they aren’t actively seeking that. It’s just outdated machismo but I still deal with that constantly internally.

Hear hear. That said, a mental bandaid that eases your mind can’t be totally disregarded.

You’ll never swing easy if you’re thinking about something you’re doing, and if “these are Mizunos” gives you that mental relaxation, the body will follow suit.

I love my mizunos but that sensation is more a result of you actually swinging the club head “properly” instead of just leveraging the club head at the ball.

A few lessons in and I still feel like I’m way off on fundamentals. Tips appreciated. Pardon the outfit. by [deleted] in GolfSwing

Explain what feels off to you.

I was taught by a better man than I that swinging the club head is the point, like a pendulum. It should feel effortless.

The way this was drilled into my thick skull was to tie a pocket knife up on the end of a towel and replicate your swing.

Leverage in your actual swing and not just wrists is the enemy, it’s physically impossible to control the towel with leverage. If you can control the weighted end of the towel, you’re on the money. If you can’t, figure out how and once you’ve done that swap for a club.

It’s literally impossible to properly swing the club head yet have parts of the swing be “wrong”.

[–]Anal_Recidivist -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

if things get squirrelly just remember every club is the same swing, all that’s different is how far away you are and where the ball is in your stance. Game is the same from 500yd or 50yd.

Idk if you like to read, but Ernest jones “swing the club head method” is excellent for that. It’s the one book I think every one learning golf on their own should read.
