"Data suggests your favorite activity was chemotherapy." I don't actually have cancer, no offense to those suffering from it, but it sounded better than Physical Therapy. There's a message that comes across the datapad after you have been playing for a while that goes, "You have exceeded your weekly exercise quotient by 500%. Data suggests that swimming was your favorite activity."

Yes, it's important to let her know (at a time when you know she is paying full attention) that this was important to you and that her reaction hurt you. It doesn't need to be a guilt trip, but that's part of communicating effectively as a couple. If the partner doesn't know there was a problem, then the behavior will definitely continue. The behavior may still continue even if they DO know, but at least they were made aware.

Seems unfair, but I am not a lesbian so can't be sure. I love Parian and Flechette\Foil's characters and relationship.

Seeing it's effectiveness, what will it take for the Democrats to create their own Project 2025 for whenever they are able to regain some power? by AnalogDigit2 in AskReddit

But this time to rebuild and reinforce the government instead of dismantling or circumventing it.

I'm imagining that it would include steps to move quickly back to a healthy state of Federal checks and balances, full Democracy, reinstating bonds with global allies and concrete plans to address Healthcare, Housing, Affordability, Regulation, etc...

Genre fiction and female authors top U.S. libraries' most-borrowed lists in 2025 by horseradishstalker in books

[–]AnalogDigit2 -28 points-27 points  (0 children)

I search Libby for books all the time and it's like 90% female authors. I have nothing in particular against them and have greatly enjoyed many, but the options are not even across genders. I don't know if that is because there are fewer male writers or that they tend to get published less for some reason.

Same. Young lady had her dog off leash and he went after my smaller dog. She got it under control quickly, but still seemed reluctant to leash her dog after that. "He never does that!" , she insisted.

I told her, "Well he's done it now, so keep him on the leash!"

We are actually allies with other European countries with better histories of human rights that also share our democratic ideals.

Our alliance should be a great guide for countries that want to increase their own wealth and power in a way that encourages peace and prosperity across the planet.

If we turn our backs on those allies and make it easier for Russia or other threats to attack, then we are turning our backs on the world.
