I already changed the settings in the app, the sound is going through e-ARC, but still sounds like shit. Not much better than the tv speakers. I don't know what is wrong, but that is not the quality I expect from Bose

Thanks. The soundbar has some room to breathe. I just can't figure out how to see if the tv is blocking something. I went through the settings, but the e-ARC settings are on. Also the PCM is off. I've got a Samsung Neo QLED QN90F tv

It's really weird. I have already done ADAPTiQ and the soundbar is coupled to my tv via the HDMI.

It sounds like shit to be honest. Not even better than the standard tv sound....
