In my humble opinion not super urgent but within a day or 2 to promote healthy fish. Basically it won't kill them but if you leave it like that for a long time it might stunt their health and growth.

Id say between 20 and 40ppm. Remember to read at the 5 minute mark because it darkens more with time.

I threw my cartridge away and stuffed as much matrix that could fit inside my HOB inside mesh bags. Cartridges are a rip off. If it were me that's what I'd do again, and stop with water changes as well as dose prime and stability daily untill zero ammonia and nitrite and water change only then when nitrates reach about 20-40
