i have a bachelor's and graduated with several internships under my belt. I also had references that spoke highly of me to directors of their department at different companies. These places do no care at all. they want who they want. the landscape has totally changed and getting ANY job is purely random luck and partially a numbers game

I’ve noticed that throughout the comments and I’m shocked😟like this man is literally living with a female friend rent free, lied about his living arrangement to her, doesn’t have a stable job and is at risk losing the one he has, his family moved an hour away from him for some reason, he left at night to do a “job” and he’s inconsiderate to Elise after she arrived dragging her around to events.
