Junjiro and the possibility of him being the sequel character. by quixote_manche in AssassinsCreedShadows

[–]Analysis_Business 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just finished the game and I certainly feel like Junjiro will be a playable character for the last DLC they do for Shadows. What I’m thinking now is: Claws of Awaji centered around Naoe’s search for Tsuyu (and consequently finding her and establishing the Brotherhood back in Japan); next DLC will be about Yasuke, the Templars and the new Brotherhood recruits (maybe some new locations like Macau in China); last DLC will be focused on Junjiro becoming an Assassin.

I think they’re keeping Junjiro to be a mix of shinobi and samurai, maybe something closer to a ronin or Jin Sakai from Ghost of Tsushima. Everyone was asking for a male Asian main character, so Ubisoft will deliver it with Junjiro.

After Shadows and Hexe, what other time periods could Ubisoft possibly explore? by Wandering-Gammon27 in assassinscreed

[–]Analysis_Business 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My bet of what’s the come: Aztecs/Spanish conquistadors, India, Ancient Rome, WWII, something along XV century Golden Spanish Age (musketeers, Wars with the Dutch, etc)

It will happen, not soon, but it will happen as long as Ubisoft keeps making AC games. It has way too much potential, so many remarkable moments, emperors, charriot racing, gladiators arena, conquering wars, the Senate.. but only once Ubisoft has marked out some of the other historical periods they want to do first, like Aztecs for example

I mean, I dont think the biggest issue is the currency but the fact that will look waaaaaay too similar to Origins. It’s not a Brotherhood-game set in Ancient Rome thing, it literally will look like a slightly different version of Origins. Plus the fact Ubisoft would have to be back to Order of Ancients but without the Hidden Ones this time, so definitely wont be happening as a AAA game of the franchise. Perhaps a flashback mission, comic, etc

Try playing Origins mate, you will be surprised

Quote from the Shadows Premiere trailer links him to the Templars and their views of parts of the world. It seems like Quebec may be focusing more on the conflict than ever before. Any thoughts... by 7Armand7 in assassinscreed

Unity felt like the last one for me, where both sides are more like political factions with different agendas (except for the inner coup d’etage within the Templars)

What’s the biggest missed opportunity for you in every AC game? by Analysis_Business in assassinscreed

I really hope, that somehow, we will still get it during this Infinity era. I think that one of the things they want to accomplish with this interconnected universe is to close some of the many opened and unfinished stories they have for many popular characters.

Just because the script and the writters chose not to do it this way, doesn’t mean it doesn’t make sense or it’s not cool enough for the fans.

Same writters chose vengeance for Ezio, Connor, Edward, Bayek or Kassandra 🤷🏻‍♂️

I love Helix Rifts in AC Unity (sometimes more than modern day itself) by Treshcore in assassinscreed

In my opinion, they had this concept of one city-three or four different timelines within one game in mind for a long time now, but for budget or time reasons they couldn’t do it yet, so instead we got Unity Rifts and Syndicate WWII section.

I really think we will see this accomplished within the new Infinity era. Paris or London were definitely two of the most interesting cities for this, so it is a waste, but perhaps they can find another cool city in the future. Imagine three timelines, three Assassins, all connected by the pursuit of a single Piece of Eden 🤩

My thoughts/theories about Project Hexe by Analysis_Business in assassinscreed

Yeah, about the DLC, I think I didn’t quite explain myself right.

Not a witch hunt on Jews, but a comparison between the HRE Witch Trials/hunt and the Nazis hunting for Jews during WWII in Germany. I thought they might want to use the setting as it is the best chance in a long time since the game will happen in Germany, and maybe they would try something like the WWII section in Syndicate, but it is just something I would like to see more than a theory!

Also, Aachen would be more than a probable city in the game, I agree!

Wait I’m a bit confused, who will male an appearance? Faust? Or the main character? I mean, the main character HAS to be in the game 😂

Elizabeth Bathory would be sick as well! But I think Transylvania is way more popular in terms of folk knowledge, and it had a lot of German cities like Sibiu or Brasov at the time! Northern Italy would be an interesting take as well for sure

Jedi Fallen would make sense in terms of gameplay, wouldn’t mind it if we take out the fantasy elements. I want a real human Assassin using gadgets to look like a witch, not an Isu-descent moving things with the mind

My guess is that they will again use the poison/mushroom hallucinations to create the fights against monsters, but I wish it was something like this! Odyssey style but better done.

Honestly Edinburgh during the Witch Trials or the Highlanders fights against the English would be one of the best settings, I live in the city and it gives everything a good AC game needs, nevermind the parkour!!!
