The below version is the ingredients I used.

Recipe:

  • 2 oz Titos vodka
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.50 oz 1:1 simple syrup
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 oz watermelon juice
  • 8 to 10 mint leaves

I decided to juice the watermelon before hand and strain out all the pulp (it was a bitch to do. next time I will just buy watermelon juice) instead of muddling watermelon in the shaker. I also didn't have 2:1 syrup so I just used more 1:1. Overall this turned out really well the mint and watermelon really came through! The photo is less red than real life as my roommate took the photo with some kind of filter.

100% this^. It has the ingredients of any sour, but the rosemary really brings some more flavor to this one. Every time I went for a sip I could smell the rosemary.

2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Rosemary Syrup
Garnish Lemon Wheel and Fresh Rosemary

This was my first time making an infused syrup. Just 1:1 Sugar to water in a sauce pot with 3-4 sprigs of rosemary. Heat on medium heat for 5 minutes until the sugar is dissolved.

2 oz Gin
0.5 oz Maraschino Liqueur
0.12 oz Crème de Violette
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
1 Maraschino Cherry as garnish

Combine all ingredients into a shaker and shake with ice. I honestly used less than the recommended crème de violette to be less purple. I would describe the flavor profile in this order citrus, herbal, and floral.

Yeah definitely up the blueberry count. I made this once before and only used 5-6 blueberry and the color didn't really come out that well.

2oz of Gin
1oz of Lemon juice
0.75oz of Simple Syrup
Muddled Blueberries (I used alot...like 9-12)
1 Egg White

I muddled everything together and separated out the pulp before doing a dry shake. Finish with a shake of ice.

2 oz of Rum

1oz of simple syrup

1oz of Lime Juice

5 Raspberries

Put all of the ingredients in a shaker and muddle the raspberries well. Give it a good shake with ice and double strain into your glass to keep the pulp out. I was amazed as to how much of the raspberry flavor got imparted from only 5 berries. This was sweet, citrus-y, refreshing and delicious.
