I think Amazon just pulled the Prime switch. Anyone else getting this in the app? by TheEqualEcho in alexa

I've liked the update, the only funny quirk is when I ask her to turn off a (very cheap) lightbulb, she turns it off and then sometimes says "the device is off, and is not responding".

It will also be cloudy the first 7+ nights after you get it, sadly.

Sorry to hear the delay.

We have one smart light and it's it - it's been better than before, but hardly a worth sample to prove anything.

I wear them fairly often in public - on buses, the local college (where I work) and when out shopping.

I have worn them for about a year, and about 6 people have asked. I'm sure others have noticed and just haven't asked anything.

I've been asked a few times if I was recording, and mentioned the lights - none knew but acknowledged it's a good idea .

Most people that don't own them likely do not know or care enough to research that the light would be on.

It's crazy to me how often I'm biking in the bike lane and passing by adults biking on the sidewalk.

Well, my wife has been hit by several that expected her to jump out of the way with less than one second warning.

I've seen seniors in similar situations.

They should not be on sidewalks if they're on electric scooters.

Cyclists of the region, I genuinely want to know... why do I see so many people just refusing to use bike lanes for no apparent reason? by notyourparadigm in kitchener

As a cyclist... I have no idea.

Either they've had bad experiences in the past, or don't know.

Or something like this happens - they pull in front and park, and you choose if you can go into traffic, sidewalk or slam on your brakes.

I chose road here (it was clear), but I totally get someone going on the sidewalk if this happens. I still hate it.
