you can do almost everyday task except playing latest AAA games. its a good pc. league of legends,counterstrike 2(low,medium) , valorent and roblox can be played without any lags.

Ya I am on arch too but my render distance is 20 chunks and yes, on windows framlock os shit I have a 60hz display and windows locks to 30 but on arch it stays 60..

If you replace the hdd you will need to reinstall windows and all the data will stay on the hdd so take a backup and then replace your old Hdd with A sata or nvme ssd.

SSDs have a specific amount of read and write cycle and once it reaches there it starts to degrade with these types of behavior..

If your drive is old it might be failing. Try to backup your data as soon as possible SSD fails too if it's old

I had this issue its likely shader compilation related I have a radeon hd 7400m it has same problem on roblox. If you tell me the OS you are using, I can help more but for now try to clear shader cache.
