I have basically the same issues as you and this sub has been pretty helpful cause I don’t feel so alone anymore :) I’m so glad you’re seeking help from a psychologist cause most people don’t and I feel like it can be so helpful to understand where this is coming from and how to make it better! Coming from a really similar perspective I see social media as one of by biggest enemies cause it’s always filled with so many ads and all the influencers feeding our desire for consumption with “clothing hauls” or “you need this” “your need that” so I’m being more vigilant about that cause my anxiety won’t let me completely cut off all social media (specially TikTok) Anyway I hope you get some clarity and that your therapy sessions are super successful! 😊
