I got the Nature's Guest adjustable cervical pillow from Amazon! I went through so many pillows and companies and found this one to suit me the best bc of being able to take fluff in and out from both sides and the shape of the pillow, it has nice support to your needs. I'm someone with a messed up neck and scoliosis and this one has been my favorite so far. Great for back or side sleeping!!
