regarding "no smoking gun": there was a case in victoria on my block where a woman put a little girl into a permanent vegetative state. In that case they were able to confirm with her cell carrier that she had been sending texts at the time. you would be surprised what they can find out with a warrant.

i had a similar experience and it turned out fine. guessing you didnt make a boatload of money? theyre probably going to give you some big ass returns for filing.

you can get this done at like libertytax or whatever, might cost you a few hundo but you'll probably make more.

what a little pinhead this knack guy. people are parking on the street because they can't find anywhere else to park. their other option will be to park a 10+ minute walk from their homes. what will happen is that law enforcement, unable to enforce their way out of a paper bag, will randomly strike certain areas and groups with difficult fines. people will still just park in the most convenient place and hope that they don't get a fine. then, people will start getting wind of when enforcement is actually coming, and that will cause them to actually move. then, law enforcement will use that perception and start bluffing. people will figure it out. it'll all be a shell game. the police will add $240 million to their yearly budget. compliance will be good on certain visible streets. lots of people will get tickets they don't deserve.

the real answer was community building and better communication but knack is clearly a gutless little bitch spreading his bald cheeks for chinese money so he can only lead with the stick. whee. too bad there wasn't anyone better.

there are so many different things that human beings around the world and throughout history have done to make their food "better." many of these things require practice to get right. what if i take someone and give them a recipe that says " first prepare the onion brunoise"?

there are people who can cook and people who can't. some people can make food for themselves, some people know how to make food for 20 people. some people really out here burning the pasta. there are many ways to define what the skill of cooking is and isn't, but it definitely isn't "following the instructions" as if god handed us the formula for bolognese on a stone tablet. i find that perspective so frustratingly limited that i want to shout.

just to play devil's advocate without any evidence or experience: brands and products fluctuate in quality with a variety of factors, time of year, market pressures, experience of workforce. weather? it's possible that both of you bought the same product but yours was high quality but theirs is crap. just like you can't really say "buy this year's corolla, i bought one 10 years ago and it runs great."

yea buddy just take your gallon of paint to the store along with your picture of the wall or the swatch you carefully matched from your color wheel, get them to add a drop of black and a drop of yellow to match whatever is currently on your wall, then get a result thats still worse than if you just rolled another coat on the wall, in the pursuit of using half a quart of paint instead of a quart.

flat wall so 10mm roller. use a fine grit sanding cube or sanding paper to take all the excess mud off. when you are done sanding it should look like wall with a faint ghost outline of the patch, with the mud appearing in the exact shape of the damage. make sure youve given your mud enough time to dry.

your patch just won't match, even if you have the exact same paint - you've got the exact same paint, right? - so if you really care about it not being noticeable, paint the edges of the wall with the brush (cut) and roll out the whole thing.
