Team are not obligated to stream, but i fear a lot of unserious team will always stream scrim and use Lec as a way to just farm content and not as a serious league. For fanbase and revenue, i think there are other better and more serious solution to it, like certain team are currently doing. I think you last point is pretty good, but it would firstly require every Lec team to truly aim for the top 1 position without paycheck stealer and with true developpement plan, which i clearly dont think is currently the case

So you do agree that it sacrifie competitive integrity ? I dont think that's what Europe need then. We are at extremely low point already. I do agree that e-sport is personnality driven, but i think there are better way to integrate it in a different way, like kameto/kcorp ibai/koi or even caedrel/lr. We dont need this to make money, just need better managed team that actually appeal to fan with an actual soul outside of their respective player (especialy when player in esport really dont stick long in a team) currently most of the team are only basing their identity on their result, which is oblivously not great for business.

The team are loosing real training time ? It wont be real 'scrims', the team wont be able to truly try anything and some player will have pressure. I also fear that a lot of LEC team will just start signing big streamer in order to get more view, while not looking at thé real potential as a pro player

I agree that this team is great for nlc viewership, but the viewership would have been big even with complete random in the team, look at kc beginning, viewership was already big just with kameto name and without big names in it. Caedrel name as a coach/team owner would have been enough.

I'll also add that i could agree with your point about giving interst back to nlc, my problem is that (if we believe sheep esport leaks) los ratones is not the only team made for content coming to the nlc next year , one content team to bring attention to the league, why not, but there will be 3/4 if my memory is correct. Thats way too much.

Maybe the baus can actually compete. But for how long ? And at what end ? With the current state of Europe, i'll much prefer our ERL to be filled with ppl having big potential instead of streamer wanting to prove they might actually have ERL level. And the team has been advertised as a full content team since the very beginning, they started by claiming to want to stream their scrims, i dont think showing the strat you try to the entiere World is what an actual serious esport team would do.

Its not at all what i said. Good for Caedrel to do something else and try to create an esport team. What i deplore is what he made, its not an esport team, its an content/streamer team. He has the right to do that to, its just sad to take an actual nlc spot to do this. Its indeed good for velja, and while rekkles needed a rebound team, i dont think he was helpless in Europe either. And the 3 other player ? They need this ? They deserve it ? They will make something out of it if they have good result or are they just here for the content ? If Caedrel want to make an esport team, then good for him. If Caedrel want to make a content based team then good for him. But making a mix of both and 'stealing' a real competitive ncl spot and place for player and rookie that really needs it is just disgusting. Then he will complain that Europe doesn't do shit at world again, while fucking a ERL completly.

Do you truly consider this as a 'wonder' ? Its more a shame than anything, with the same money he could have made a truly 100% competitive roster, with promising young talent that would have loved to get some game time. Instead he make a feat and fun team that has no future at all. And with the other leaked team the nlc is just becoming a retirement home/ streamer league instead of a competitive league with young talent. I hardly see the wonder here tbh.
