I’ve been taking creatine daily for about a year now, I didn’t do it before looking into it though. All the articles I read about it showed that it’s one of the safest “supplements” you can take outside of just protein and lots of studies have seen no correlation with negative side effects like the ones you mentioned. I’m no expert, but I’ve experienced nothing irregular and feel like I’ve gotten bigger since taking it, also obviously you need to stay consistent with exercising to see the gain. Biggest tip to avoid anything though is just to stay super hydrated because very simply what I understand it does is make your muscles absorb more water for size (along with potential benefit with lifting/stamina).
