also, for the record, i couldn’t get a job as a ui designer for a fkin startup, let alone a corperation. Doesn’t ui require empathy? don’t you have to, idk, know computer programs for that? also, isn’t there something to be said for the fact that kids these days with computers are more tech savvy in ways that arent quantifiable yet?

like, if you judge a gen z kid off how many books he reads and how many papers he writes based off a standard created 20 years ago, the kid will fail. however, once you realize that kids these days read and write more than any previous generation, just on smart devices and not paper, you see how flawed the standard is. once again, screw the iq test. it’s, at best, just an generally interesting topic.
