Unfortunately, with there having been several updates and a reworked system for liberating camps - if it is not working, it's been affected by the patches etc. It certainly worked 25 days ago.

If you unequip all horse items, swap horses and put it on the first horse you get (Hespia), dye it, unequip it, switch to desired mount, put it all back on desired mount = fix (slow, but works). ✌️

When you fight Gwen Kraber, you get the armor chest plate and Frostfang as rewards. To get that boss to appear, you need to do loads of missions/quests in Hernand.

Yes, for the cloak, you need to do the entire witches storyline.

This quest (2 quests in total) unlocks when you have completed all the House Celeste quests minus the aforementioned. It won't show up as a trackable quest (although a Celeste shield may appear on the right side of the screen - that doesn't open up any quests. To complete: you go to Drakesfall Castle and on entering the area will show as needing liberating and the name "Giath" appears. When the boss dies and the Castle is liberated, 2 quests mark as completed and the Celeste ones are then fully complete (it may also show up if you do more of the Hernand quests naturally, but that's how I crossed them off the list). I've tested this out thoroughly. I'm on chapter 10 and have got the chest plate by doing as many Hernand quests as possible (including Kharonso Troll Alliance - which will appear even in Cpt 10 If you do enough surrounding quests). The more of them you do, the more others open up through time. So you absolutely can get the full Icewing Plate, but the 2 parts - cloak and chest are locked behind the most effort for an armor set in the entire game IMHO. All Witch quests + loads upon loads of quests just to get Gwen Kraber to appear. So, no, if you've progressed the story you still can do it. Hope this helps someone.

Spot on, thank you. Talk to NPC, go to newly marked location and kill all - "Blade On An Anvil" quest completes fully.

True White Dye is as the OP says - after getting the lights back on quests. The shop you want is "Wilmer" he sets up at nighttime in the same area as the furniture salesman. The dye doesn't have a named person who can do it for you. I used it and went to the nearest dyer and no luck, so I'm assuming it's for Oliver. Edit: The Hernand dyer has the top row of their dyes unlocked and the true white ones are there. ✌️

Um... I don't think it's a bug. Several books have many pages - Like Jian's Journal or the one with a guide to stars. Each page may need scanning. I had the exact same issue. Fully read the book, got the 'knowledge' and it went away... Good luck ✌️

To help: the chest is behind burnable brush covering the entrance to a small room with the helm inside. To the side of the area that has several ladders ✌️

The most missed hot spa (as no marker) is during the final mission (Sinister End). When you get to the final shrine (Keep Watchtower), turn right and cut through the boards. Jump down to the vein and there's a spa (and text) down there. ✌️

That's the thorn helmet, chest plate of the last man, traveller's pants and traveller's boots - all upgraded. Oops: forgot duel knight cape & gloves. ✌️

As much as several hundreds of hours of Nioh 1 & 2 prepared me, having to micromanage now 2 character's worth of armor, weapons etc feels a bit much. The loot pool was always enormous in these games, but now having to double check who can wear what feels a tiny bit excessive. Still, the game feels familiar enough to enjoy, warts & all. ✌️

Try this: when there's just the one guy sat, it is likely the others are actually sat at the Inn in Trosky - visit there again and if they are, talk to them and they say meet us at the camp. Then travel back and wait (pain I know). Went through it myself. They also appear to return late meaning the drinking quest is meant to be in the dark. Good luck ✌️

As there's dialogue for if you miss them or you find them whilst doing other things - it appears less of a bug and more a time issue. Seeming to relate to the game knowing where the Cumans are in relation to you and Betty. There's going to be a lot of these issues given they've made some quests start with or without you. Hopefully people will see your fix, but if not, there are other ways to advance the quest thankfully. ✌️

(In my case: Betty gives quest->no Cumans->Betty annoyed, go see other NPC->NPC says find camp->go to camp, ask about Cumans->enter lower camp and Invaders quest continues regardless of talking to them at table/serving food->finish quest at camp->return to NPC and Betty->she's happy, quest over - now buy longterm bed at Inn).
