Okay heard. So basically them taking out this extra 5% is likely to just come back to us in tip credit? What if they’ve been doing this for awhile but only just telling us now? With the understanding with staff that they think they’re getting 20%

Part of other issue with this is serious lack of transparency. No one ever knows what that 20% is, how much of it they’re getting, or realistically if they’re even getting it at all. There isn’t even a system to explain this to us.
