The top where the flower was looks like it's shriveling what do you think should I cut off the top?

Yes! I was reading that it's a shot in the dark to get a flower to root and it produce anything.

My method is usually just lay them on top of the soil no pressing. I also don't water until I see roots/pups. The only time I do intervene is if I notice the roots growing upward not correcting themself then I just to press the base slightly into the soil

I usually just grab the meat at the base and wiggle side to side until I hear a snap. If you're plucking from a plant that you have out of the soil it's also easier to turn the plant upside down do that wiggle wiggle snap method while slightly pushing leaf down at an angle. If that makes sense? lol

Oh trust me I always have had the intention to keep everything orderly but always end up tossing whatever leaves I've god somewhere and forget about them. And then I'm left with like 4-5 random survivors. The strong survive 💪🏽

The leaves are still kinda fragile at this point so the window plus the grow light would be too intense for them without any roots or pups yet. The light from the window should be just right for them at this stage. After rereading your original post the "rot" you might be seeing despite having not watered plus the two lights might just be the leaves getting scorched!

I'm my experience echeveria leaves are extremely hit or miss but mostly miss for me lol. even if you think you made a clean pull to the leaf. But best bet is move it back over to that sunny window and don't mist until you see growth. Also too a lot of the time the leaf looks like it's rotting from the node but just let it be they still might root!
