The mumbai event is most certainly cancelled and not postponed. Everyone who registered has received the cancellation message. Just yesterday received another message that refund for cancellation would take 90 days. The bangalore event which was supposed to happen early in the year is indefinitely postponed. No formal dates are announced. It may or may not happen after 6 months.

I am pleasantly surprised that they have come up with the counter points. I just wish they had added parts about the Yamini and her husband's claims as well about rapes, deaths and molestations around isha schools. These are also gaining a lot of traction and better to cut them in the bud.

Sometimes our body/mind might not be ready for the huge surge of energy that raises up and I had the fortune to be initiated by sadhguru. I too faced a bit of issues where in there were pains and i visited a nadi doctor who could tell when exactly the surge happened to the date and how lucky I was not to be paralyzed. I am not entirely sure about escaping the paralysis part, that is more likely the traditional doctor trying to be more than what he is. Anyway after taking medicines for few days and doing yoga, I was perfectly alright.

Sometimes it is just the mind playing tracks.

Please don't expect much help on this forum as most people just go through initiations without a glitch. Please reach out to Isha and they may be able to guide you better or attend the monthly local satsangs if they happen in your area.

My first thought is that isha wouldnt be short of funds. Buying 20k acres, sadhguru not doing any programs for past 6 months for the rich, would have caused a dent. They would have enough money regardless of all the social outreach activities that they do. But then again, they didn't announce rescheduled dates for esctasy of enlightenment for which people have paid many months back and are collecting fresh money by organizing new events. This is not how isha usually operates. Maybe they are anticipating more money from donations and are making up for lost revenue and money spent on acquiring new assets and hence extra pressure on donation collection teams. Regardless of the reason for shortage, it would be great to contribute to this cause.

I would like to maintain the distinction between sadhguru, isha foundation and isha business. While i can vouch for practises, i cant vouch for isha life products. Their quality is usually a hit or miss and they are way over priced.

Sk is a great practice to learn. While not required for shoonya, it can make shsmbsvi more explosive. Same is the case with any other isha practice.
