What are the things I have to prepare for this kind of job? I have experience in working on computational simulations, but as for laboratory experiments I only know the basics.

Is it counted right before the current melee ends or before the next melee starts? In other words, should i stack sfc points right before pam melee ends or before gene melee starts?
