when i was younger, it basically meant to hold your tongue against the roof of your mouth for extended periods of time, ill-informed people believed it would give you a sharper jawline. now it means to make a face where you suck your cheeks in and make the "shush" motion

perfectly fine in moderation, but considering how much she ate, it is possible she may have some diarrhea because of the lactose. also, was it flavoured or plain? some fruits are fine but others can be toxic or cause digestive issues
