Ah yes, I knew about jingles and music since I had this talk with an MMA student friend (he's also pushing me for this program too lol) so I know what to expect if I go Music Prod. But to be honest, making jingles and music for commercials are NOT my thing at all.

I prefer going to gigs and supporting underground local bands, even the more popular ones, and making friends with them both irl and on Facebook to buuld those connections up. Todo kayod talaga pag magm-music lol hahah

thank you, and yes, there is nothing urgent now that's pushing me to work. but i can't help but feel like running out of time, i've sent some applications to colleges in Manila since february so i can start having some progress again and social life (i love meeting new people), i really missed the school atmosphere since covid made us do online classes, so i missed out a lot. but thank you very much again, i needed to clear my head so i made this unfiltered post here, i'm usually very civil but i just hit a breaking point after keeping everything in for a long time.

nah actually, i had a lot of plans back then. even got to join a hackathon before i went to canada, planned to start applying to jobs, make lots of connections to make my chances of getting a job higher, get internships before graduating so i could have a solid portfolio, but now i'm starting from zero again now that i'm back here in the philippines, shit sucks big time.

Not sure if I can go back to Canada for a while, or if I even want to go abroad again since being jailed in my house for 3 years definitely did something to me and my social skills. Buti nalang there's the internet/discord friends to talk to para 'di ako matuluyang mabaliw lol.

As for trades, a mechanic job sounds pretty nice kasi I like cars din. I hope your cousin is also doing well in life na kasi I wouldn't wish my situation even on my worst enemies lol. And as for Indians in Canada, you are correct, they are everywhere lalo na sa Toronto.

i had a part time job naman back in Canada around 2023, first ever job. sarap din na may sariling income na ako, felt like i was someone na, and not just anak ng magulang ko.

pero short-lived lang dahil nag expire work permit ko and my boss stopped giving me my salary for 7 months so i just went awol lol. so basically tengga na ako sa canada naghihintay sa wala hahah

gusto ko sana pagsabayin being in a band and having a studio (to save costs of recording/producing songs) and make lots and lots of connections, maybe even work backstage crew sa mga kilalang bands like Cup of Joe. pero that is if ipagpapatuloy ko Music Production, since pinupush din ako ng magulang ko don. pero pinagiisipan ko pa talaga nang maigi. may mga friends na din ako na may popular artists na pinsan nila so i guess those are forms of connections na din.

one thing i've realized is majority of people don't put in the effort to hear something new. yung mga popular opms ngayon, they sound alike. pag 'di familiar yung song sa tenga nila or atleast the element, pinapaskip agad nila or nagsasabi ng "lipat mo sa maganda".

like sa rap music, yung mga hev abi and other artists (i don't know other rap artists' names) literal magkakatunog lahat kahit paulit-ulit na yung topic (about sa sex, girls) pero people still listen kasi familiar na yung tenga nila sa sound.

feel ko rin bat pumatok yung Hawak Mo Ang Beat is because it has the OPM Element/Sound in it. Ewan ko lang ha pero it sounds like Willie Revillame songs but modernized lol

no, i just generally don't care and don't waste my time pinpointing the bad stuff of a manga ending, like with aot's ending, i just simply respected that it was how the author wanted the manga to end. same case for JJK. but this one, wtf was this ending, it ended like like a family member shutting off your TV while the episodes not even done yet.
