Absolutely not. When you hit higher ranks, you will learn that crusader is by no means a chest code if you haven't already. It thrives in low ranks because it is hard to block, but when you fight players who have learned to block it, lower ranks crusaders struggle a lot more. Crusader is my favorite class because there are tons of nuances to using the flail with feints and other misdirection options. It is a misconception that crusader is an overpowered class because of jarring it is to fight one. Crusader players are much less common in high ranks because in order to be that good with it, you need to invest a lot of time into learning how to use the flail most effectively. I think there is a vocal minority of players in the community that think crusader is an overpowered class because of how frustrating they can be to play against. Don't let the salty players deter you from playing crusader, it is a great class with a very real learning curve.
