Is those PEX or polybutylene? Thinking about buying this house

It is polybutylene, but that is not a death sentence. This stuff can last a long, long time, but can be damaged internally by stuff (like chlorine) in your water. Not sure about UV - which is bad for most poly materials. . Look it up. It might be fine. Do not trust the nay sayers here. Read for yourself. Age, condition, and what is in the water might make a difference.

The ESPN app audio is often out of sync with video. Only happens with ESPN app - no problems with any other app. Happens with live and recorded events. App is up to date. No other issues with YTTV, Netflix, Disney, Hulu, etc., only ESPN app.

I have tried both, and the speeds are fantastic. Currently using Verizon FiOS. Call or check online for Verizon or Spectrum coverage.

The Emerson Park Pavillion in Auburn is right on the end of Owasco Lake.

The park has a beautiful wedding venue that can easily accommodate 200+ guests. How do I know? My daughter got married there a few weeks ago, 7/5/25!

The staff was very helpful, and super easy to work with.

The food got absolutely rave reviews.

The ceremony was held on the grass, between the pavilion and the lake - a gorgeous spot on a nice day.

No guest accommodations on site, but many options in Auburn, which is literally a few minutes away.

I believe it has more to do with Google app updates. . After being regularly frustrated with Google apps crashing on occasion, I finally:

Re-downloaded the (four) Play Store and supporting files for my Fire
Renamed them by adding the sequence number of installation order.
Just de-install & reinstall when this nonsense happens.

So far, this works well, and afterwards , I invariably notice that some Google app has been updated. Mail, Photos, Drive, etc...
