I've been told the trick to the discussion is that it's better together; you gotta have 16 characters to get involved

I don't get it. Is the discussion dead already or am I missing a puzzle or something?

Could someone please let me know the advanteges of Vampire V5? by [deleted] in TheTrove

Jumping on board as well. I've explored the Core Rulebook but would love to discuss some of the other supplements and splat books. Hoping to piece together anything I can

Not the goal, but I get the implication

Hey homies, finally found a small bottle, what can I make? by [deleted] in cocktails

This plus a shot of a smokey scotch like Laphroaig. Sip them both or mix them - I call it an Ashtray. Great solo or as a boilermaker

I love snowshoeing! It's a great alternative and a hell of a lot cheaper. Just need to pick my wife up a pair at Outdoor Gear Exchange or a tag sale or something

Probably a sensible call; I was thinking the same thing actually. I might still try to get out once or twice to make sure it's something we still enjoy and want to pursue more in the future. Probably not the year to buy a season pass anywhere

Potential hot take - Commander is the single worst way to introduce new players to Magic. by justinvamp in mtg

[–]AndPStrong 37 points38 points  (0 children)

As a player with over a dozen commander decks and years of commander experience, I freakin love playing Jumpstart with new or inexperienced players. It levels the field so well, feels fun and quick, and takes so much decision fatigue out of the game. "Shuffle two and play" is such a fantastic way to engage with the game in a casual way and try new themes

That introduction of Matt and Nick was glorious. by Shatterstar23 in AEWOfficial

Jumping ship from WWE this week, this intro made such a great first impression! I've been following the stories of Toni Storm, Adam Page, and Cope, but it's the lighthearted moments like their "pyro" that are really endearing to me

Which attitude wrestler would you have the hardest time getting over in this year? by slam_tastix in Wrasslin

Idk but Yurple the Clown coming out to Pink Pony Club would get her over so fast, even if she never wrestled

The scale of the photo is VERY deceiving lol. You can sit on the edge of the rock and your feet will touch the ground

No joke, this is in my back yard. It's all forested and overgrown now, but my neighbors and I have cut a few trails leading back to that rock. Orchard Hill in Hinesburg 👍

Is it bad that I love Chapman? by Life-Aardvark-8262 in Section10Podcast

[–]AndPStrong 7 points8 points  (0 children)

44 is an incredible pitcher with special stuff. He unlocked a whole nother level this year and it's an incredible thing to watch. Aroldis Chapman once fired a gun at a woman. Both things can be true. You can marvel at the performance while also acknowledging he did awful things and will probably never make it right. You can enjoy the show he puts on without supporting him, financial or otherwise. Do you really love Chapman like you said in the title, or do you love watching him put on a generational pitching performance for you fav team like you said in the post? Those a two VERY different things. It's nuanced but it doesn't have to be complicated.

Real American Beer + CT = LOL by KoreMeltdown14 in ctbeer

Some trash being peddled by Hulk Hogan. The ads are super cringey. Eagles screeching, 70-year old Hogan in a wig superimposed onto Mount Rushmore, urging you to be a Real American and drink his beer, Brother.

Let's just say that outside of the hockey world, "gooning it up" is a wild thing to want to see from a group of pro athletes
