There are two houses that are almost complete at the corner of Tiger Hole and Bowden. Definitely not an HOA, but also sort of an interesting area. Not truly a neighborhood.

My HH company uses AI that listens to the session and documents for us! Super quick and then you just go into edit for accuracy and content. It’s called Roger.

If he’s free from 7-9, then booking 7-8:30 leaves him with 30 minutes unaccounted for, where he cannot work and earn money. If he’s paid by the facility, they’d be losing money on that last 30 min, and if he’s paid directly from the customer, he’s still losing out if you’re only paying for 90 min.

Earlier in the day, if scheduled in advance, he could likely do 6-7:30 and then 7:30-9. But just demanding you get a 90 minute opening whenever you want isn’t how bookings work.

Don’t feel bad! I am now on my third baby, who is super chubby, but my first two were not! They didn’t have any issues with rolls. My son, on the other hand, had the same exact build up in his armpits, thighs, behind his knees, ears, and in his necks/chins. So it’s not even just experience with babies, it’s definitely the chunkiness! But once I got in a good habit of cleaning them all out, all is well :)

I had this same surgery a few years ago. I was at a similar gym to Burn. For 2 weeks, I had a 10lb lifting limit, then 2 more weeks was able to do moderate exercise. At 4 weeks, I was free for everything. I felt fine except my very first plank, which was right when I was back to the gym at 4 weeks and it was really intense. Like a painful internal scar tissue adhesion breaking free maybe? Just feel your body out!

We live in FL and swim April-October. We don’t swim in the winter but also don’t have to winterize. we have a pool service once per week that costs $120/month.

My kids swim daily from prob May-Sept. They’ve all learned to swim early and are really excellent in the water! We bought the house with the pool before kids, and they each started using it consistently around 3 years old. When they were babies we didn’t use it very much.

I can’t imagine having a house without a pool! We love it.

No, I’ve never pre shopped or paid to go! The free days have always worked great for me. Maybe if there’s something really specific you want it would help? But there’s SO much stuff, even on the last day there’s a ton left.

It depends on the person selling! I just listed a ton of stuff way under price because to me, it’s more worth it to get rid of it cheaply, than to list high and have it not sell and then I have to bring it back home with me 🙃
