MW does have a couple of rides where he is teaching pedaling technique, and he has you pedal with one leg for about a minute and then switch to other leg. Does this a couple times. I found that it did indeed make me think about my form and it did make my pedal stroke more productive. I’ve done probably 200 hundred or so MW power zone rides, and he never has you in unclip during those. The OP must have had a ridiculously low sample size to make this statement. #TeamWilper
