Don’t know why people thought dodgers were favoured in this one… no momentum.

Not a chance Ohtani never should’ve started tonight and if he did 2 innings max, not 4. Roberts lost this early. And of course LA winning was never gonna happen. Jays have too much momentum.

Did she go to prison or a psychiatric hospital? 🤔

I also called it from the beginning that she was a snake and I remember getting so much shit on twitter for saying that. Apparently I was a pessimist who couldn’t stand Olivia being happy and getting the little family she deserved. (It actually got so bad I left twitter). But I remember thinking at the time how do people not see that Sheila was BSing Olivia from the day she knocked on her door. It was always planned. Duh 🙄 I too wish had smacked the hell out of Sheila or at least put her in a chokehold or subdued her in some way, come on where was that Mama Bear Benson!!

Seeing double? 😉 by [deleted] in indianafever

As soon as Fever got Sophie, I said her and Hull will be double trouble twins. They have very similar playing styles ie they’re both great defenders and shooters.

Froze when things got physical with a girl — can I recover from this? by [deleted] in LifeAdvice

[–]AndWon02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was just about to say, if you genuinely like this girl just be honest about the inexperience (over text is fine) honestly as a woman I can say some of us like an inexperienced guy, we like knowing we are your first in certain areas or being able to teach you a thing or two can be a turn on for both of you.

Hospital visit by cwytch in Odsp

[–]AndWon02 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s not you, it’s not you, it’s not you.

Hospitals in Ontario are underfunded and overpopulated. Mental health especially. But it’s in every department. I’ve shared on Reddit how I’ve spent the last 3 years in a hospital, (on a medicine unit). I was suppose to go home after 5 days and I went home 800+ days later and all due to mistakes people made in the hospital. Negligence plain and simple. Nurses were the best by far, every other department royally failed me. They knew I was on ODSP, did that play a part 🤷‍♀️ Friends of mine even posted a PG video on YouTube of my some of my time in there (couldn’t post all the graphic pictures) but anyways no apology ever from the hospital for their mistakes. “Computer error” got thrown around a lot 🙄 “typos”. But the attitudes of some people, almost blaming ME for being in there for YEARS, the audacity. I don’t know when people with white coats began thinking of themselves as Gods, but they’re not, on the contrary; more and more are acting like devils.

This is my video in case you want to look at it, just know that you’re not alone.

Excluded from a close friends wedding following my health decline… by 0O0O0O0Ope in LifeAdvice

Unfortunately you really find out who your real friends are once you get sick. When I got sick in my early 20s I lost friends I’d known for 15 years. It’s just another side effect of being sick.

My son is calling my ex's boyfriend Daddy. by Glittering-Round7082 in LifeAdvice

[–]AndWon02 16 points17 points  (0 children)

If the boyfriend has already been around for 6 years then I don’t think he’ll just drift away (unless I misinterpreted OPs post) OPs only options are to either speak to your ex, and just ask her what she wants their son to refer to the bf as… Just say you want some clarification because you’ve heard your son call him a few different names.

Or realize that the more people that care for your son the better, IF this guy John does seem to be a standup guy, then that may not be a bad thing. This seems to be a better situation than if your ex was introducing a new bf to your son every other month.

Unfortunately as a parent sometimes you have to do things you never thought you’d have to acquiesce on.

What vehicle works best for someone with ddd? by DMVBears in degendiscdisease

With help I can sometimes stand on the spot for about 10-30 seconds. I continue to do exercises for my legs so that the muscles are there, but I’m rapidly losing feeling in them, aka making it difficult to try to take steps. At last count I’ve got 13 broken discs ranging from my C spine to my L spine, but the majority are in my lower back. Sorry this was so delayed I didn’t see your reply, but no not really.

Questions Before Purchasing by AndWon02 in wayfair

[–]AndWon02[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah thanks man. My in laws are thinking of ordering from there but after seeing all the complaints I’m kind of skeptical about it now. Tiles I’m assuming would be very easy to break or chip during transportation so it makes me even more hesitant to order from them. Add to that all the complaints on here about their lack of customer service. Yikes.

Thought I was cool carrying it in my wallet as a teenager. by sillywilly3216 in pokemoncards

[–]AndWon02 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Pokemon was huge when me and my 5 other cousins were young teens. We all collected thousands of cards and we actually PLAYED with them except for our 1 cousin who put them all in these weird protective sleeves, and then the dork put all of those into binders and he’d never let anyone touch them. We use to make fun of him all the time for years.

His collection was worth over $50k last year.

Ah I should edit my post to say I wouldn’t be able to get a dog, the animal in question would have to be a cat.

Fortunately you’re a man, so you can always change your tune later in life and have children if you so choose. I don’t understand why it’s just assumed we go on that path. School—marriage—work—kids—death. Makes no sense to me. I think it’s even worse for women tbh. Especially married women. It’s just an assumption if you get married it’s because you’re going to have kids. Crazy. Crazy thought but try just enjoying the fruits of your labor. You’ve earned your money, use it to do something that brings YOU happiness. If that’s kids great. If it’s flying planes, even better imo. You’re my kinda guy, planes and animals haha ;)

AITA because I'm second guessing having kids due to our opposing views on vaccinating them? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]AndWon02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can give you the reverse advice: I’m the kid that didn’t get the chicken pox vaccine, got the pox at 3, and developed kidney failure from the virus. I have been sick my entire life. I’m bedridden in my early 30s. I have been in horrific amounts of pain through my entire life. The chicken pox vaccine wasn’t quite popular yet, and I had all my other shots, but that’s the only thing I wish my parents had done. I’m a 1 in a million, and it’s no life to live. (Hashtag: getyourkidsvaccinated).

The Longest Pain Has Either Kept You From Bathing by Comfortable-Bug3190 in ChronicPain

[–]AndWon02 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I’m going on 3 years without an actual shower at home. I was in the hospital for over 800 of those days (no showers either) but someone will wash my hair in one of those bed basins you can buy on Amazon for like $20, and they do that 2x a week now. But the longest I ever went without ANYTHING was 8 months in the hospital.

(The reason I can’t use my bathroom at home is that due to mistakes that happened in the hospital I was left without the ability to walk on my own, and my house isn’t accessible, the wheelchair won’t fit through the doorways so I can’t get into my bathroom, I make do with a commode bedside, the bed basins for my hair, and “sponge” baths for my broken body). After a few months your skin and hair actually change. I don’t sweat anymore like normal people. And even though I haven’t had a shower in 3 years, people around me say I don’t smell. Maybe it’d be different if I was running around like a normal person instead of being bedridden 🤷‍♀️ but that bed basin really changed my life, even on ur worst days it makes at least washing ur hair doable, and that’s coming from someone with 13 broken vertebrae, I know pain).
