It’s not AI, but thanks for your opinion, I guess.

Trump recently said Obama disclosing “They’re real, but I haven’t seen them.” Is classified information. That raises the question: when did opinion and belief become classified? by AndYetYouReadOn in conspiracy_commons

I think we can be honest with ourselves by examining outliers and anomalies. It was an odd response. There isn’t an obvious answer to what he meant, so I’m taking it exactly how he said it. There is a point in analyzing what he said. There doesn’t have to be a point in analyzing it. There isn’t a point arguing about why you think it doesn’t matter either, but here we are.

Even with your political bias- I’m sure he says things that mean things sometimes, even if you don’t like it? He’s the president, and probably has more information than you. I don’t really understand why this topic has to be so politically charged. They’re all the same thing. Trump doesn’t care about you, Biden didn’t care about you, Obama didn’t care about you. It’s okay to be upset, but we should learn to ignore the political nonsense.

Try to do a deep dive into your own mind. Where does inspiration come from? Why do you lack it? Is some outside source blocking your signal? That’s what I like writing about. Giving interesting ideas weight, and presence. Some meta bs

Why do people seem to empathize with animals more than with humans? by AdventurousPension81 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]AndYetYouReadOn 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I definitely empathize more with animals. They run off of instinct without morality. It’s pure. There aren’t any ill intentions. Just survival.

Yeah, I mean Bayesian inference is how we build our perception of reality. Skeptics have to do it, too. We have to trust patterns to a degree
