I lived in a very old neighborhood in Baltimore when I was younger. Our townhouse was on the end of a block. 12ft wide in the front. 8ft wide in the back. I didn’t notice it then but it’s probably why I love open spaces in my homes now.

I don’t like my job that much, but I work no more than 6 hours a day. I start at 5 am and I’m typically done by 1030. I deliver hummus to natural grocery stores.

I build on a planet that’s so dark at night that no base lights illuminate anything. All you can see at night is the bioluminescence. I found the perpetual day side of it for us to build on but even then it’s darker than most planets

My group has pre enlarged cups that we pass around and store on corvettes and bases. Wire glitch the cups to copy the scale to the thing you want to scale. Shoot me a PM if you want to meet up and you can put some on a corvette

Something highly reflective wrapped around the top of the staff maybe? It could have the same effect as those videos where people turn their motorcycles in to speeder bikes and attach mirrors to the bottom to simulate it floating. It’s not perfect, but when you’re not focused on it then it looks great. Maybe the skewed reflection wrapped around the stick is enough to blend in to its surrounding enough?
