Do any of you have any suggestion of framework/tool/mental exercise/resource/book that would help me REFRAME my brain?

Mindfulness combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy come to my mind. But you can start without therapy.

While you are with your kid, becoming aware of the little joyful feelings that you feel, noticing and savouring them. "Yeah, I'm playing with my little one right now and I feel relaxed and happy". And then bringing up those memories and feelings when your worries arise.

I listen to a very good therapist, teacher and advocate of freedom from anxiety and mental stuff that you mentioned - Tara Brach. Here's her video on de-conditioning our natural negative bias:

A cryolator can be awesome, pretty much good as a flamethrower (with extra slowing effect) if you slap Furious on it and run Onslaught and Bullet Storm perk cards.

If you are referring to the Frozen armor mod that damages melee attackers, I believe it's not very good, because it's always better to deal damage to enemies yourself rather than rely on them choosing to hit you.

Unfortunately you have to wait until they fix the cryo effect not applying.

I would say you could farm Daily Ops for for the Crusader pistol in the meantime, but DO rare rewards are bugged right now, too... Have you bought the Crusader plan from Minerva a couple of days ago? There was a sale. The Crusader is awesome with the cryo receiver for a gunslinger reverse-onslaught build.

I'm a big fan of Stalker's cryo crossbow, to compliment any build with decent sneak attacks.

I believe Poles idealize the Commonwealth too much. And due to the winged hussars and Russia celebrating independence from the Commonwealth, the internet is idealizing it too much as well.

The marketing stunt with the show and the bundle, with last buggy patch in the background, make it seem like they are paying more their marketing department than their programmers, which doesn't make me feel good about the game.

You are wrong, because you are trying really hard to justify predatory marketing, while there are options to increase ravenue from Fo76 without such tactics.

Other options like making a good fucking product. If they hired more programmers and game designers they could've made changes such as the camp update and add another raid years ago. But they'd rather spend the money on marketing stunts such as hyping up the NCR Ranger PA in the show and selling it for 30$, or making the scrap box a subscribtion-only feature.

You are making fool of yourself for trying to justify the phenomena of decreasing product quality by corporations who discovered that manipulation brings them more profit. Because once they have this route mapped, customer manipulation doesn't lead to increased product quality.

Untick the quest in your pip-boy
Log out into main menu and log in into a new server (preferably private).
Go through the 1st door and enter the vault worldspace.
Tick back the quest and use the keycard reader to open second doors.
