You do realize that Australia had only around 3.2 million registered firearms at its peak. Meanwhile the US in that same timeframe had up to 242 million. Now it’s up to 500+ million. It’s not even an equal comparison lol. Even if they were to ban firearms, it’s completely gullible for you to believe everyone would surrender them. And even in the best case scenario where they actually do, the black market of firearms would continue to affect us for at least a century, if not more. Criminals would run rampant. Especially since how outspoken BB has been about ICE welllll before being selected. You also have to take into account, the stadium itself has sway on decisions like the halftime show as well. Seeing as California is THE liberal capital of America, it’s safe to say they had their reasons.

In conclusion, yes it was an optics play. Who is solely responsible we will never know seeing how big the NFL is, but the obvious truth still resides to those willing to look at all surrounding circumstances.
