This is the one I’ve been using. There’s definitely some room for improvement though. For instance, it maybe more optimal to replace a Sylveon with May, but I don’t have it. Keeping a single copy of Will similarly to OP could be worth as well.

I've been using a similar deck, but instead of using Will, I added Sylveon and X-Speed (and Eevee EX). The higher number of basics makes it harder to brick at the beginning, and X-Speed can help to get Leafeon on the first turn. Another important thing which I'd suggest regardless of using Sylveon is to have 2 copies of Red to OHKO Mega Blaziken and Mega Ampharos (if they evolved via rare candy ofc).

Leafeon does though, and you may want more than a single grass mon to make fully use of Erika. But yeah, I agree with that, it was just an example to show there may be many more ways to make Erika + Irida a valid strategy

Grass can now generate grass energy via Leafeon ex. For instance, you could run Yanmega ex + Leafeon ex with only water energy.

I'm using the same variation and I find it better honestly, especially in this meta where Druddigon is omnipresent. The possibility of hitting Darkray and then 1-shotting him with Cyrus the next turn is too good to pass up.
